Kane Enable

Is touring with us!

Kane Enable is an Adelaide/ Kaurna Land based drag artist, and one of the resident performers at local queer owned and operated venue - Marys Poppin’. They have been working within the venue since its opening in 2016.

In the years that have passed, Kane’s work as a drag artist has taken them outside ofAdelaide's local venues, to performing on stages all over the country as part of numerous ITDEvents with some of the biggest names in drag including: Trixie Mattel, Jinkx Monsoon, Monét X Change & Sasha Colby (just to name a few!).

Kane Enable has hosted some of the major drag events that have taken place in Australia: from Drag Expo Melbourne & Sydney, to Adelaide’s Marys In The Park, as well as various events as part of World Pride in 2023, and Sydney’s Mardi Gras in 2024. Kane has also been able to add flair to numerous corporate events, most notably for The Art Gallery Of South Australia, The South Australian Museum, and many more. As a well established hostess & performer, Kane Enable blends together their own personal brand of style & comedy to provide entertainment no matter the event!

Hailed as “The Queen Bee of Adelaide” Kane is motivated by putting Adelaide’s drag scene on the map, showing the talent South Australia has to offer. Kane’s commitment to drag has seen them featured in many media outlets including: Adelaide’s City Mag, The Advertiser, InStyle Australia, ABC News, The Courier.

Kane’s interest in drag was born out of a love for art, fashion, and the queer community. While they may be working in a much larger capacity, for events, and on stages they never imagined possible, their love of drag, and in particular Australian drag, has been the driving force behind wanting to excel, and dive deeper into pursuing drag as an art form.
