Willam Belli is the stage name of Willam Bart Belli,known simply as Willam, a drag queen, actor, and recording artist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who was a contestant on the Season 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race. She is known for being the first queen in the show to ever be disqualified for breaking the rules.

In 2017, she was a guest judge on the first episode of the second season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula.

Willam is a best selling author and host of the popular podcast Race Chaser and YouTube series Beat Down.
