RuPaul’s Drag Race stars are known for their lip syncs and fashion, but this week a few of this season’s queens set aside the glamour to give back.
Yesterday’s afternoon kitchen shift was carried out by Eureka, Aquaria, The Vixen, and Asia O’Hara from RuPaul’s Drag Race 🙌 Big thanks to them for their support—their efforts contributed to the 11,000+ client meals going out this week! 🍛 pic.twitter.com/dlT3SAr9pi

On Wednesday, June 6, Aquaria, Asia O’Hara, Eureka O’Hara, and The Vixen volunteered with Project Angel Food to prepare meals for seriously ill people in Los Angeles. The girls rolled up their sleeves to help sling corn, label dinners, and pack it all up to serve the L.A. community—and had a great time doing it.
Created in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Project Angel Food, has provided a vital lifeline of hope and nutrition to its neighbours struggling with illness since its inception. The charity’s volunteers cook and deliver more than 11,000 medically-tailored meals every week to people who are too sick to shop and cook for themselves.
You can catch Eureka O’Hara, Asia O’Hara and Aquaria when they join Kameron Michaels in August for the 10s Across The Board Tour!
