This year’s NYC Pride March was one for the history books.
In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, WorldPride was held in New York, marking the first time the giant celebration has been held in the U.S.
Millions of visitors descended upon the city to celebrate with endless parties, panels, events, Madonna at Pride Island, and of course, the annual Pride March on Sunday, June 30. An official crowd estimate has not yet been released, but the NYPD was expecting around four million in attendance for the March.
Among those millions of people were activists, corporations, politicians, and celebrities, including Pose’s Dominique Jackson, MJ Rodriguez, and Indya Moore, who were this year’s grand marshals.
