  • Age Restriction: This is strictly an 18+ event - All attendees must be able to prove their age with valid ID.
  • Ticket Types: General Admission Standing only.
  • Event Times: Including VIP Package times, will be released closer to the date on the tour page at itdevents.com. Times are subject to change.
  • VIP Meet & Greet: Includes access to the show and will begin before the event start time shown on your ticket. Please consider this when purchasing.
  • Cameras: No professional cameras or recording devices permitted.
  • Payments: Pay for tickets using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Afterpay or ZipPay

ITDEVENTS works with all venues to provide dedicated viewing areas and limited seating for patrons requiring assistance. We also accept valid Companion Cards for eligible guests requiring a support person to attend. Chasers Nightclub is located at 386 Chapel St, South Yarra.

Please have your tickets ready to scan from your device prior to arrival. Please make sure the brightness on your device is up, and the QR code is nice and big so that we can scan it easily.

VIP Meet & Greet
The Meet & Greet will take place at 6.45pm sharp and run for up to 45-minutes. If you have a Meet & Greet ticket, you’ll be given a wristband at the entry. The Meet & Greet will take place upstairs in the Mezzanine, where one of the ITD team members will be able to snap a photo using your phone with Gawdland.

Important Conditions:

  • One photo will be permitted per Meet & Greet Ticket. Please think about whether you'd like a solo or group photo before your arrival.
  • If you are not in the Meet & Greet line and checked in before the start time of your VIP Package, you may risk missing your opportunity to participate. No refunds will be given in this instance.
  • Please note: The queens will not be signing tickets, wristbands, lanyards, or any other personal items.

Merchandise
If you pre-purchased a Signed Tour Poster, you will be able to collect it from the door staff by presenting your QR Code.

Safety
For everyone's safety, please be considerate of others. If someone needs help, notify venue staff immediately and follow their instructions during emergencies.

Payments
There is an ATM as you walk in on the left-hand side. All bars accept both cash & cards.

Toilets
All toilets are unisex

Cloak Room
There is no cloakroom available.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the venue. There is an allocated smokers area at the rear of the venue, past the cloakroom. Alternatively, smoking is also permitted at the front of the venue.

Accessibility
The main floor of Chasers Nightclub is accessible via wheelchair, and there are seating options around the venue if you cannot stand for the show. Please note: there is no wheelchair access to the bar. If you require assistance with accessibility, please email info@chasersnightclub.com.au at least 1-week before the event with your requirements and they will endeavor to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Getting There
Chasers is located on Chapel Street in South Yarra and is easy to reach by train, tram, car or on foot.

  • Public Transport: South Yarra Station is a short walk away with frequent services on the Cranbourne, Pakenham and Frankston lines. Tram route 78 also runs along Chapel Street with stops close to the venue.
  • Walking: The venue is in the heart of the Chapel Street precinct, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. It is easily walkable from both South Yarra and Prahran.
  • Taxi and Rideshare: Drop offs can be made directly on Chapel Street for quick entry.
  • Parking: Street parking is available on Chapel Street and surrounding side streets, with paid parking options nearby including the Wilson Parking facilities on Bray Street and River Street. Allow extra time on busy nights.
