Location
The Leaper Family Pavilion is located within the Theatres Building (under the Spire) on level 8 of the Arts Centre Melbourne at 100 St Kilda Road, Southbank.

Please note: Ongoing construction works in Southbank may impact your journey to Arts Centre Melbourne. Please ensure you plan ahead to allow enough time to reach the venue and be seated by the start time. If you arrive after the start time, you may not be admitted until a suitable break.

Please have your tickets ready to scan from your device before arrival. Please make sure the brightness on your device is up, and the QR code is nice and big so that we can scan it easily! Your tickets have been sent to you in a separate email from orders@artscentremelbourne.com.au

VIP Meet & Greet
The Meet & Greet will take place at 6pm sharp and run for up to 30-minutes. If you have a Meet & Greet ticket, you’ll be given a wristband at the entry. The Meet & Greet will take place on stage where you’ll have the chance to snap a photo on your phone.

Important Conditions:

  • One photo will be permitted per Meet & Greet Ticket. Please think about whether you'd like a solo or group photo before your arrival.
  • If you are not at the venue and checked in before the start time of your VIP Package, you may risk missing your opportunity to participate. No refunds will be given in this instance.

Safety
Look after each other, if someone is in trouble, alert security. Always consider that there may be a police presence at the venue and follow the directions of staff in any emergency situations.

Payments
This venue accepts cards only, and there is no ATM on site.

Cloak Room
There is a cloakroom available, this has no associated costs.

Smoking
There is not a designated smoking area within the venue. If you are in need of a smoking area, this will be outside the venue on the street.

Accessibility
This Venue is completely accessible via two elevators which provide access to Level 8, where The Leaper Family Pavilion is located. The Arts Centre Melbourne Welcome Team will be on site to greet you upon arrival at the venue and will assist you with wayfinding. There is an Accessible bathroom located outside The Leaper Family Pavilion, the team will be able to direct you to this.

Getting There
Arts Centre Melbourne is located across the river from Flinders Street Station in Melbourne CBD. There are a wide range of transport options to get to any of our venues.

Parking: The entry and exit of our Car Park is currently via Southbank Boulevard only. This may increase the time it takes to enter and exit the Car Park, so please plan ahead to allow enough time. All cars exiting the Car Park onto Southbank Boulevard must turn left. Our car park is a cash-free facility, so please make sure you have a valid credit or debit card before entering. Train: The closest train station to all three venues is Flinders Street Station. Exit the station onto Swanston Street, turn your back on the city and walk across Princes Bridge.
Tram: The tram routes that stop in front of Arts Centre Melbourne are: 1, 3, 3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 and 72. This stop is number 14 – “Arts Precinct ”.
Bike: Bicycle lanes run north and south along St Kilda Road. On-street bicycle hoops are available outside Hamer Hall and the Theatres Building.

Cloak Room
The West End Electric does not have a dedicated cloakroom. If you’re coming straight from work or the airport and are unable to leave large bags at home, our front-of-house staff will do their best to accommodate you by placing your bags in a safe location during the performance, provided you’re comfortable leaving them. Please note that any bags left with staff are done so at your own risk.

Smoking
There is not a designated smoking area within the venue. If you are in need of a smoking area, this is across the street from the main entrance.

Accessibility
The West End Electric is able to cater to a number of access requirements. If you have a specific seating request or if you have a companion card, please email us directly at ticketing@strutnfret.com at least 2 business days before you plan to attend.

Step-Free Access: The main theatre seating area has level access from Wilson Street. The main bar and accessible bathroom are located on the “platform” level which can be accessed via platform lift (weight limit 260kg) or via a flight of 4 steps. The second floor balcony bar and bathroom facilities can only be accessed by a flight of 25 steps.

If you’re visiting with a mobility device, please email ticketing@strutnfret.com ahead of your arrival so that our Front of House team can reserve a space for you. Find us on the corner of Boundary St and Wilson St. The entrance is located on the Wilson St side of the building.

Public Transport: The nearest bus stops are serviced by routes 192, 196, 198, 199 and N199 (NightLink). Use Translink Journey Planner to plan your journey.

Paddo RSL is located at 220/232 Oxford St, Paddington. The event will take place upstairs in the @220 Oxford Auditorium.

If you need disability access, you can be dropped off by the lift at the member's carpark which you can access via Oxford Street/County Avenue. There is no parking on site. Please make plans to arrive early, or take public transport where possible.
