Phoenix is located on Karangahape Road (K Road), one of Auckland’s most iconic nightlife strips, known for its mix of clubs, bars, and late-night spots in the heart of the city.

VIP Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet will take place at 6.15pm sharp and run for up to 60-minutes. If you have a Meet & Greet ticket, you’ll be given a wristband at the entry. The Meet & Greet will take place on the stage where one of the ITDEVENTS team members will be able to snap a photo using your phone with Lydia, Suzi & Kori as a group.

Important Conditions:

  • One photo will be permitted per Meet & Greet Ticket. Please think about whether you'd like a solo or group photo before your arrival.
  • If you are not in the Meet & Greet line and checked in before the start time of your VIP Package, you may risk missing your opportunity to participate. No refunds will be given in this instance.
  • Please note: The queens will not be signing tickets, wristbands, lanyards, or any other personal items.

Merchandise
A limited selection of merchandise may be available for purchase at the show. If you pre-purchased a Signed Tour Poster, you will be able to collect it from the merchandise desk by presenting your QR Code.

Viewing Balcony Access
If you had Viewing Balcony Access from the previous venue, please ensure you scan your separate QR code at the door to receive your wristband or stamp. This will grant you access to the VIP area at Phoenix in front of the stage, along with priority entry and priority access to the bar via a dedicated VIP line.

Payments
The venue accepts EFTPOS and cash payments.

Cloak Room
There is no cloakroom available at the venue.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Guests may smoke outside in the designated area down the stairs.

Accessibility
The venue does not have lift access. Entry and exit to Phoenix is via stairs only. To ensure we can best assist you and enhance your experience, please email support@itdevents.com with your specific needs at least one week before the event. Advance notice allows us to prepare appropriate support.

Phoenix is located on K Road and is easy to reach by bus, car, or on foot.

  • Public Transport: K Road is well serviced by multiple bus routes connecting across Auckland, with stops just a short walk from the venue.
  • Walking: The venue sits in the heart of K Road and is easily walkable from nearby areas including Ponsonby, the CBD, and Upper Queen Street.
  • Taxi and Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Ola can drop you directly outside the venue on Karangahape Road.
  • Parking: Limited street parking is available nearby, along with paid parking options in the surrounding area. Parking can be busy, so allow extra time if driving.

  • Taxi & Rideshare: Drop-offs can be made directly outside the venue on Wickham Street, making it convenient for quick arrivals and departures.  
  • Parking: Fortitude Valley offers nearby paid parking options. Please allow extra time for parking during busy nights.

Please have your tickets ready to scan from your device prior to arrival. Please make sure the brightness on your device is up, and the QR code is nice and big so that we can scan it easily.

VIP Meet & Greet
The Meet & Greet will take place at 6.15pm sharp and run for up to 60-minutes. If you have a Meet & Greet ticket, you’ll be given a wristband at the entry. The Meet & Greet will take place on the stage where one of the Wig & Tonic team members will be able to snap a photo using your phone with Lydia, Suzi & Kori as a group.

Important Conditions:

  • One photo will be permitted per Meet & Greet Ticket. Please think about whether you'd like a solo or group photo before your arrival.
  • If you are not in the Meet & Greet line and checked in before the start time of your VIP Package, you may risk missing your opportunity to participate. No refunds will be given in this instance.
  • Please note: The queens will not be signing tickets, wristbands, lanyards, or any other personal items.

Merchandise
A limited selection of merchandise may be available for purchase at the show. If you pre-purchased a Signed Tour Poster, you will be able to collect it from the merchandise desk by presenting your QR Code.

Safety
For everyone's safety, please be considerate of others. If someone needs help, notify venue staff immediately and follow their instructions during emergencies.

VIP Balcony Access
If you have Balcony Access, please ensure you scan your separate QR code at the door to receive your wristband or stamp. This will permit you access to the balcony, which offers priority entry, great views of the stage, and its own bar.

Payments
All bars accept both cash and card. The closest ATM is in the CBD malls or on Stirling Street (the block behind the venue)

Toilets
Toilets are located on the ground floor. The accessible toilet is next to the Pizzeria

Cloak Room
There is no cloakroom available.

Smoking
There are designated smoking areas at the very back of the beer garden, next to the Pizzeria, where the tree is.

Accessibility
The main area where the show is held is accessible from the entrance with no step access. To ensure we can best assist you and enhance your experience, please email support@itdevents.com with your specific needs at least one week before the event. Advance notice allows us to prepare appropriate support.

‍Please note: Our events often feature flashing lights, strobe effects, lasers, haze, and other lighting elements that may not be safe for guests with photosensitive epilepsy or light-triggered conditions.

Getting There
The Court is located on Beaufort Street in Perth and is easily accessible by public transport, car, rideshare or on foot.

  • Public Transport: The venue is well serviced by Transperth buses along Beaufort Street, with regular routes running between the city and surrounding suburbs. Perth Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
  • Walking: Situated in the heart of the Beaufort Street entertainment precinct, The Court is surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafés, and is an easy walk from the Perth CBD and Highgate.
  • Taxi and Rideshare: Drop offs can be made directly on Beaufort Street for convenient entry to the venue.
  • Parking: Street parking is available along Beaufort Street and nearby side streets. There are also several paid parking options within the Perth CBD. Please allow extra time on busy nights, particularly on weekends.

Entry Requirements

  • This is a 14+ event. An adult must accompany patrons under the age of 16 and be able prove their age with valid ID.
  • This show is General Admission, standing only. For specific access requirements, please refer to the Accessibility section above.
  • Please be aware that event times can change and the duration may vary, so factor this into your travel arrangements to and from the venue.
  • Tickets do not guarantee entry and management reserves the right of refusal.
  • Bag checks may be required prior to entry.
  • No external food or drinks are permitted in the venue.
  • Please ensure you bring a government-issued valid photo ID (such as a proof of age card, driver's license, or passport). Security reserves the right to check for ID.
  • It is against the law to allow anyone into the event who is showing signs of intoxication, drinking on approach to the venue or invalid ID.
  • The dress code for this event is relaxed.
  • No professional cameras permitted.
  • The lineup is subject to change.
