Location
Chasers Nightclub is located at 386 Chapel St, South Yarra.
Have your tickets ready!
Please have your tickets ready to scan from your device prior to arrival. Please make sure the brightness on your device is up and the QR code is nice and big so that we can scan it easily!
VIP Package Information
If you hold a VIP Package, you'll have access to the venue from 6pm to check in and collect your wristband/lanyard.
VIP Meet & Greet: The Meet & Greet will take place at 6.30pm sharp and run for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you hold a VIP Meet & Greet ticket, you’ll be given a wristband when you arrive and scan your ticket. The artists will be separated into small groups, and you will be permitted to take selfies with them. Your wristband will be cut off when you leave the space.
Glamazon VVIP + Show Access: You'll also be given your VVIP lanyard at entry. Show your lanyard to the ITD staff at the Meet & Greet lines to jump in front and collect your signed tour poster! Make your way to side-stage during the curtain call, and you will be ushered to the stage for your group photo.
Important Conditions:
If you pre-purchased a Signed Tour Poster and are not partaking in the Meet & Greet, you will be able to collect this from the check-in desk by presenting your QR Code.
Viewing Balcony Access
If you hold a Viewing Balcony Access ticket, you will receive a wristband upon checking in. You will have access to the mezzanine upstairs with the best views of the stage and quick access to amenities.
Safety
Look after each other; if someone is in trouble, alert security. Always consider that there may be a police presence at the venue and follow the directions of staff in any emergencies.
Payments
There is an ATM as you walk in on the left-hand side. All bars accept both cash & card.
Toilets
All toilets are unisex
Cloak Room
There is no cloakroom available.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the venue. There is an allocated smokers' area at the rear of the venue, past the bathrooms. Alternatively, smoking is also permitted at the front of the venue.
Accessibility
The main floor of Chasers Nightclub is accessible via wheelchair, and there are seating options around the venue if you cannot stand for the show. Please note: There is no wheelchair access to the bar. If you require assistance with accessibility, please email info@chasersnightclub.com.au at least 1-week prior to the event with your requirements, and they will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements for you!

Humanitix is the only authorised seller of tickets to this event, and the only trusted and secure resale platform for In The Dark events is Tixel. In The Dark advises caution when purchasing tickets through unauthorised sellers or third parties such as Viagogo, StubHub, eBay or Gumtree online auctions. Seating
Please note that this show will now be FULLY SEATED at Roundhouse. 'VIP Balcony' Add-On ticket holders will be given priority seating at the front with the Meet & Greet Ticket Holders. All other ticket holders will have General Admission access to the remainder of the seats.

Public Transport
Light Rail: With the light rail, you can now arrive at our doorstep within 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD. Catch the L3 Kingsford line and disembark at the UNSW Anzac Parade stop.
The L3 Kingsford Line includes 14 stops between Circular Quay and Kingsford, running down George St. through the CBD, Haymarket, Central, Surry Hills, Moore Park, ES Marks, Kensington, UNSW Anzac Parade, Kingsford, and Juniors Kingsford.
Bus: Less than 15 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Roundhouse is easily accessible with nearly 1,700 UNSW express bus services per week from Central station. Guests can also access Roundhouse from Coogee, the Inner West, Botany, and Circular Quay.
Cycling: Roundhouse at UNSW is accessible for cyclists with bike racks available across campus.

Cloak Room
Since nobody wears cloaks anymore (and it's Brisbane), the Princess Theatre does not have a cloakroom. What you bring with you must stay with you during the event, and you’re responsible for the care of your own stuff. Big bags are fine, but you'll have to carry them around all night.

Accessibility
Everyone is welcome at The Princess, regardless of your needs. They will try their best to support you to have a wonderful time with us. Please call the office Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm on (07) 2104 3833 to discuss your needs at least 1-week prior to the event. The Princess is fully wheelchair accessible, with a lift at the front of the building and down to the toilets in the basement. The closest disabled parking is right next door at The Princess Car Park (not affiliated with us).
Getting There
Parking: There is no on-site parking at The Princess. You can find some on-street parking in the surrounding areas, but it’s pretty limited. There is a paid, undercover car park at Princess Parking (not affiliated with The Princess Theatre).
Public Transport: South Bank Train Station is the closest train station to The Princess and is less than 15 minutes walking distance. The closest busway station is Mater Hill. More information on how to route your trip can be found at translink.com.au.
