Please have your tickets ready to scan from your device prior to arrival. Please make sure the brightness on your device is up, and the QR code is nice and big so that we can scan it easily.

The Meet & Greet will commence at 10.45pm sharp and run for approximately 30 minutes. If you have a Meet & Greet Add-On, you will receive a wristband upon entry and be directed to the meeting point at the designated time. During the session, you will have the opportunity to meet Erika and have a professional photo taken with her.

‍Important Conditions:

• One photo is permitted per Meet & Greet ticket. Please decide prior to arrival whether you would prefer a solo or group photo.
• You must be checked in and present at the venue before 10.45pm. Late arrivals risk forfeiting their Meet & Greet opportunity. Refunds will not be issued in this instance.
• Erika will not be signing any items during the Meet & Greet.
• Photos will be delivered to the ticket holder via SMS or email within one week of the event. Personal devices and selfies are not permitted.

‍Stardust VIP Lounge Access
‍If you have purchased Stardust VIP Lounge Access, please scan your separate QR code on arrival to receive your wristband. This grants you access to the Stardust VIP Lounge, featuring a dedicated private bar and private toilets so you can relax, reset, and enjoy the night in comfort. All add-ons include priority entry to the venue. Please note this upgrade does not include event admission and does not include access to the Viewing Balcony.‍

‍Viewing Balcony Access
‍If you have purchased Viewing Balcony Access, please scan your separate QR code on arrival to receive your wristband. This grants you access to the elevated viewing balcony overlooking the main arena. Booth seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. All add-ons include priority entry to the venue. Please note this upgrade does not include event admission and does not include access to the Stardust VIP Lounge.‍

‍Fast Pass
‍If you have purchased a Fast Pass, please scan your separate QR code on arrival. This allows you to skip the main queue and enter via the priority line for faster access into the venue. All add-ons include priority entry. Please note this upgrade does not include event admission.

A range of merchandise will be available at the show and you'll be able to pay via card only. Get in quick, because this will be popular!

For everyone's safety, please be considerate of others. If someone needs help, notify venue staff immediately and follow their instructions during emergencies.

All bars accept card and the main bar accepts cash. There is no ATM on site.

All toilets are unisex

There is a cloakroom available at the main bar. Space and availability is limited, so get in quick.

No smoking or vaping inside the venue. There is a designated smoking area out the front of the venue on the ramp.

Home The Venue is located right on Darling Harbour in Sydney, making it easy to reach by public transport, car, or rideshare.
Public Transport: A short walk from Town Hall or Wynyard Station. Buses and light rail also stop nearby.
Ferry: Services arrive at King Street Wharf, about a 7-minute walk to the venue.
Taxi & Rideshare: Drop off directly at Wheat Road, right outside the venue.
Parking: Several paid car parks nearby, including Wilson Harbourside and ICC Sydney parking. Allow extra time during busy periods.
Cycling: Bike racks are available around Darling Harbour if you’re riding in.
